At Hospice Caring, Inc's 2018 Silver Linings Gala, The Vilardo Family and The Dick and Jody Vilardo Foundation received the Legacy Award for the work they do in Dick and Jody's memory in the community, specifically funding family and child bereavement services at Hospice Caring, Inc.

 

In 2018, The Dick and Jody Vilardo Foundation was one of Hospice Caring's largest funders, giving $30,000 to support Camp Erin, Good Grief Clubs, and Family Nights. At the Gala, Andy and Katy Vilardo were received by a standing ovation as they received the award and spoke about their work in the community in memory Dick and Jody. The Vilardo Family and The Dick and Jody Vilardo Foundation was humbled by this honor and thankful to be able to support the fabulous work of Caring Matters. To cap off an amazing night, they were on hand for the announcement of Hospice Caring's name change to Caring Matters. See some pictures from the Silver Linings Gala below.
